Yes. Ruqyah al-Shariyyah is firmly established in the Quran and authentic Hadith. The Prophet ﷺ, peace be upon him, performed Ruqyah, approved it when done correctly, and said: "There is no harm in Ruqyah as long as it does not involve shirk." (Sahih Muslim). Only Quran, authentic du'a, and the Names of Allah ﷻ are used — never symbols, talismans, or anything outside Islamic boundaries.
It's not a grey area — it's Sunnah. The Prophet ﷺ, peace be upon him, is recorded in Sahih al-Bukhari physically overpowering and capturing a jinn during prayer, and his companion Abu Ad-Darda' رضي الله عنه did the same with Iblis himself. Our method follows this directly: the jinn is summoned through Quranic recitation, invited to Islam, and released. No pacts are made, no sacrifices are offered, no jinn is kept as a helper, and nothing outside Quran and authentic du'a is used at any point.
This varies. Some people experience significant relief after one session. Others — particularly those with chronic spiritual afflictions — benefit from a series of sessions over several weeks. We assess this together during consultation and are honest about what to expect.
Yes, remote Ruqyah is valid according to the majority of scholars. The recited words of Allah ﷻ carry their effect regardless of physical proximity. For remote sessions we use audio/video call, and we ship written Ruqyah papers — Quranic verses for you to dissolve into water at home for drinking and bathing, under guidance during the call. Yes, with proper Islamic etiquette. Sessions for sisters are conducted in the presence of a mahram, without physical contact, and with full hijab observed. We maintain strict Islamic boundaries at all times. Sisters-only sessions with a female practitioner are also coming soon — join our waiting list via the contact form.
Make wudu before the session if possible. Recite your morning adhkar. Avoid music and haram content in the hours leading up to the session. Come with sincerity and tawakkul — full reliance on Allah ﷻ. The Rakee is only a means; the healing comes from Allah ﷻ alone.
