By booking an appointment with The Prophet's Medicine ("we," "us," "our"), you agree to the following terms.

Our Services

We provide Hijama (wet and dry cupping) and related wellness services, delivered mobile or at our clinic in the Greater Montréal area.

Not a Substitute for Medical Care

Our services are complementary wellness practices rooted in Prophetic tradition. They are not a substitute for professional medical diagnosis, treatment, or advice. Always consult a licensed physician for medical conditions. If you are currently under medical care, please inform us before your session.

Age Requirement

You must be at least 19 years old to book a session independently. Clients under 19 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian who provides consent.

Assumption of Risk

Hijama and related treatments carry inherent risks (bruising, minor bleeding, temporary discomfort). By booking, you acknowledge these risks and consent to treatment.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Prophet's Medicine is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Quebec, Canada.
