- Appointment details: service requested, preferred date, mobile or clinic visit, and any notes you provide.
- Health/medical information: your intake and safety screening answers (medical history, current conditions, medications) — collected before your session so we can provide safe treatment.
- Payment information: processed directly by Stripe, our payment processor. We do not store your credit card details ourselves.
How We Use Your Information
We use your information only for treatment purposes — to schedule, confirm, and safely provide your appointment — and for what we're legally required to do. We do not use it for anything beyond that.
We do not sell your information. We do not snoop through it. We maintain strict patient privacy at every step.
Who We Share It With
- Supabase (our database provider) — stores your information securely.
- Stripe — processes payments; they have their own privacy policy.
- Resend — sends our confirmation and notification emails.
We do not share your health information with anyone else without your consent, except where required by law.
How Long We Keep It
We keep records only as long as needed for treatment purposes and whatever retention period the law requires of us — nothing beyond that. You can request deletion at any time (see below), subject to any legal record-keeping requirements.
Your Rights
Under Quebec's privacy law, you have the right to:
- Access the personal information we hold about you.
- Correct inaccurate information.
- Request deletion of your information, subject to legal record-keeping requirements.
- Withdraw consent for non-essential uses of your data.
